A lot of people who retire from soccer or sports in general don’t always get to it on their terms, and she’s able to do that and she deserves that.”

Morgan is happy for her best friend and believes she is doing it the right way. She insisted that Rapinoe is keen to end the World Cup on a high note. The San Diego Waves forward also said that many don’t get the opportunity to retire according to their own comfort. Hence, the 33-year-old is glad about the veteran’s decision.
