After a public feud with his ex-girlfriend Shakira, Pique has now found himself in yet another legal battle. This time against Spanish paparazzi and journalist, Jordi Martin.

However, after months of back and forth, Pique has taken legal action against him and has asked for a restraining order. But, the legal battle has taken an ugly turn with Martin making controversial claims about Pique’s girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti.

Recently, after the first day of the case, Martin made some harsh comments against Clara Chia Marti. According to El Tiempo, Martin claimed that Clara Chia was acting like a victim and putting on a “show”. He went on to say, ” She began to cry and said that she was getting dizzy, that she is a victim of everything”.

An angry Jordi Martin also added, “Clara cannot be a victim when she has gotten into a marriage!”. The paparazzi went on a full rant saying, “Clara has fallen into many contradictions … I understand that she is 23 years old, that she is a child”. He then went on to call her “immature” claiming “that all this is too big for her”.

It is clear Martin doesn’t believe Clara Chia and further asserted “that the Public Prosecutor has not believed her”. Given all this, it is hard to see an end to this legal dispute anytime soon. This case is certain to get more heated due to the history between Pique and Jordi Martin and the fact that the soccer legend nearly ran him over once.

During the month of March, Pique and Clara Chia paid a visit to the home of Pique’s parents. At that time, Shakira had just released her second diss track against her ex – TQG. While Martin attempted to ask a few questions, the ex-footballer simply smiled and walked away. However, Martin was resolute in his pursuit of answers and decided to stay put.

After some time, the couple got back into their car. As soon as they spotted him, Pique allegedly sped up toward Martin, nearly running him over. The journalist later claimed that it was a deliberate act and accused them of making lewd gestures at him, too.
