Three times Grammy winner Shakira has a fantastic collection of real estate in her kitty. Hips Don’t Lie singer has been investing in properties for a long time now after coming to fame. She bought her first property in 2000 and has mansions, a farmhouse, a holiday home, and a private island in her collection.

However, after separation from soccer star Gerard Pique, the house in Barcelona is reportedly up for sale. ‘The Queen of Latin Pop’ reached an agreement with her ex for custody of their children and will move to a Miami mansion with them. Shakira owns mansions and a holiday home

Florida Mansion: Shakira bought her first mansion in 2001 when she started getting fame. She brought a mansion in Florida’s La Gorce Island for a reported $1.1 million. It is spread over 2700 square feet. Meanwhile, the pop star sold the property in 2005 for $1.5 million.

Miami Beach Mansion: It was her second purchase and was an upgrade on a Florida mansion. Shakira brought the residence in September 2001 for over $3 million. The home boasts an area of over 8000 square feet, and reports are that she will move to the mansion this year with her family. The property has six bedrooms and eight bedrooms with a private pool. She attempted to sell the property three times and now presents a good option to live if she moves to Miami. 

Barcelona Home: Shakira owns the property with her ex Gerard Pique. The couple bought the home for reportedly $5.9 million and has an area of over 1500 square feet. It boasts seven bedrooms, two kitchens, a swimming pool, a gym, and other amenities. 

Holiday Home: In 2019, Shakira and Pique invested in a holiday home on the island of Cyprus in the Mediterranean sea. It has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a home cinema, a private gym, a jacuzzi, a private pool, and a wine cellar with a garden.

The Colombian also owns a farm and a private island

Uruguay Farm: It is the first property bought by the singer. The farm boasts an area of over 12 acres and has a main house and a guest house. The main house has four bedrooms, a cinema, a work office, and a gym. Outside the main house, there is a heated pool, a lake with a boat, a sauna, and a tennis court.

Private Island: The Latin singer brought the island to the Bahamas with Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters and Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz. She bought the island for around $15 million, as per reports. It boasts an area of over 550 acres, with five white sandy beaches, three salt lakes, multiple waterfalls, and three bays.
