Previously, artists who worked with Shakira called her out for putting forth baffling demands and for treating her employees poorly. Recently, her former driver came forward to reveal the “dangerous demands” she had for him. Moreover, he disclosed the unbearable details of an excessive contract that the 46-year-old and her entourage made him sign.

The ‘dangerous demands’ of Shakira revealed by the former driver

Ever since Shakira broke up with Gerard Pique, a lot of drama has been revealed related to her personal life. From then on, the ‘Waka Waka’ singer dissed the former Spanish center-back through her sharp lyrics and became a major target of criticism. Shakira was again in the middle of chaos as her former driver revealed the unknown side of the Colombian.

Shakira’s driver, who worked for her during the creation of one of her songs, revealed some conditions that he had to sign to work with the pop icon. He was asked not to look into her eyes and was not allowed to talk to her. The ex-employee said to ‘Socialite’, “I confirm that the experience with Shakira and her brother Tonino during 10 days in Madrid was one of the most disappointing of my life.“

The driver further detailed the excessive demands in the contract they made him sign. He added, “Including dangerous demands like turning the center mirror of the vehicle down, because according to them, you could be tempted to look at her.” Another shocking revelation from the driver was regarding Shakira’s brother Tonino.

Tonino sat in the passenger seat and used to yell at the driver. During this time, the Colombian pop star does nothing to prevent her brother from ill-treating the driver. He said, “Shakira is fully aware, and witnesses in a benevolent manner, each of the negligent situations.” The driver later disclosed some of his other horrific experiences while he worked with Shakira.

The Colombian is accused of being an awful boss

Some days back, a Spanish actor and model named Alex, who worked with Shakira for ‘Monotonia’, accused the pop star of ill-treating her employees. Alex accused her of paying just $58 for an 8-hour workday. Moreover, he revealed that the artists were not allowed to look at Shakira’s face while shooting. Even her former driver made similar accusations against the 46-year-old. The driver claimed that Shakira was a stingy celebrity.

He revealed that the Colombian does not give any tips to anyone and even made her employees pay for some orders. The driver claimed, “They don’t tip. They ask you for orders, which you pay out of your own pocket, and then you find yourself practically begging them to return the amount.”According to him, Shakira, who condemned a terrible boss in ‘El Jefe’, is ironically one in real life.
