About two months ago, the Waka–Waka singer moved to Miami with her family.

She mainly wanted to get away from the constant inference by the paparazzi in her daily life. Also, she managed to agree on a ‘separation agreement’ with the FC Barcelona legend. That agreement would allow both parents to spend a fair share of time with Milan and Sasha. After Shakira moved out of Spain, the soccer veteran would need to travel all the way to Miami to meet his children. However, the travel expense would be split in half. While that seems fair enough, Pique is allowed a stipulated amount of time i.e., ten days every month with the kids. During vacations, he can spend 70% of it with them.

Last month, the FC Barcelona legend failed to spend more than five-six days with the kids. After that, contrasting reports emerged on social media. One report suggested that the singer was causing the ‘problems’, while the other report claimed that Gerard Pique had work commitment issues. Due to that, he couldn’t stay away from Spain for more than ten days in a row.

Popular journalists, Laura Fa and Lorena Vazquez recently revealed that Pique will not be able to fulfill his quota again. Considering the summer vacation, he can spend 70% of it with his children, although he will only spend from June 2 to June 17 with the kids. Amid the major contract breach, they said on the Mamarazzis, “This figure remains in the air at the expense of negotiations between the lawyers of the former footballer and the singer”.

He was majorly upset at the Waka–Waka singer because she did not consult him before taking an important decision. Since she unveiled the music video, Milan and Sasha have been an ever-shining presence in the limelight. Hence, along with his luggage and gifts for the children, Pique could hand a legal notice in Shakira’s hands.
