Shakira Branded ‘Woman With Many Phobias’ As Ex-Co-Worker Denounces Unprofessional Behaviour After Gerard Pique’s Legal Blow

It has been almost 15 months since Shakira and Gerard Pique ended their relationship. However, the scrutiny surrounding the former couple continues to linger. While Pique has faced the majority of the backlash following revelations of his infidelity, Shakira has also had her fair share of criticism. Most recently, a former co-worker came forward to denounce her unprofessional behavior.

But now things have taken an unexpected turn for the Colombian singer as well with her former co-worker coming forward with significant revelations.

Shakira was slammed for treating her extras badly

The individual in question is Cristina Cardenas. She was an extras coordinator who worked on the filming of the commercials that Shakira participated in while in Spain. Cardenas recently appeared on a television program to discuss her experiences and shed light on what she perceived as Shakira’s “disastrous” treatment of the extras involved in the shoots.

In her interview, Cardenas cryptically stated, “When you put in the contract that the extras, when you pass, they have to stand up and face the wall, there are no more words”. She further added, “When you take out of a shooting a girl who stands out more than you and you despise her, humiliate her and point her with your finger… There you give yourself away and show that you are not a good professional”.

She further elaborated on the singer’s alleged insecurities. Cardenas revealed that the singer, “is a woman with many phobias, many insecurities”.“You don’t know what that family has lived through, what Gerard (Piqué) has suffered, you don’t know”, as compiled by 20minutos.

These accusations may come as a surprise to Shakira’s millions of fans around the world. Gerard Pique can’t catch a break

For Gerard Pique and his girlfriend, Spanish paparazzi Jordi Martin has been their biggest source of distress. Over the past few months, Pique and Clara Chia have had to endure Martin’s relentless pursuit. Being a journalist, he has made it his mission to expose every bit of news regarding the breakup saga between Pique and Shakira. In an attempt to combat this constant intrusion, Pique obtained a restraining order against Martin in June which was successful for a period of time.

Unfortunately, this restraining order recently expired. In response, Clara Chia’s lawyer filed for an extension of the restraining order. However, their hopes were shattered when the judge denied the request. Neither the prosecution nor the judge found any grounds for extending the restraining order.
