Cristiano Ronaldo has been embroiled in a massive controversy following his recent antics. The Al Nassr skipper lost his calm against Al Shadab in February, as he made obscene gestures towards the fans. His actions did not sit down with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, which imposed a one-game ban on the player alongside a $6800 fine. It is not the first time the player has thrown a temper tantrum. Cristiano has been seen frustrated on multiple occasions this season, with fans continuing to rile him up.

While many would associate this with the player’s hunger to win at all costs, it seems like the case could be different this time around! A prominent Portuguese psychologist gave her a take on Cristiano Ronaldo’s ban and his antics on a TV show, commenting on how this could be detrimental to the player’s career.

Despite the failures he has encountered, the Portuguese, with his hunger, has established himself as one of the best players in the world.
