Rosell said that he found prison ‘grey’ and ‘stale’. But revealed that he surprisingly discovered a lot of humanity behind bars too. Before his arrest, he revealed that the tax officer carried out 72 financial inspections while he was the President. However, before that, he had never faced any financial inspection.
