This year too, the event is taking place, with both Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney also on the invite list. However, both won’t be attending the famous event.

While talking to Access Hollywood, when they were asked about their plans to attend the dinner, the duo swiftly rejected the invitation. In fact, Reynolds had a solid reason for the rejection. “I think we’re off to Europe, to UK. We have Wrexham business to deal with, so yeah.”

McElhenney also agreed with his companion, thus nodding to the Canadian actor’s answer. It seems both owners have set their priorities straight and will be flying back to their beloved club. Moreover, the decision became much simpler after Reynolds’ wife also confirmed that she would not attend the gala but would rather watch it on her couch.
