While Mullin continues to help the Red Dragons on the domestic front, the striker recently managed to clinch a special off-field achievement as he made it to the 2023 GQ Men of the Year honorees list.

Mullin’s club owner, Ryan Reynolds, is also celebrating his players’ memorable day.

The Deadpool star went to his social media platform, X, and posted a picture alongside Mullin. Aside from this, he wrote two “cake emojis” as well. He also wished the 29-year-old on Instagram by posting the same picture on his story and writing, “Happy Birthday @paulmullin.” Indeed, it’s quite a thoughtful gesture from the Canadian superstar.

Additionally, Wrexham’s executive director, Humphrey Ker, also wished Mullin a happy birthday. The British actor also posted a picture alongside Mullin on his Instagram story, which appears to be the day they won the National League. Aside from this, he wrote a message, saying, “Happy Birthday, sweet cheeks.” Again, another heartwarming wish for Mullin. Certainly, it must have brought a smile to Mullin’s face.

Likewise, for this year, Paul Mullin has managed to make the cut in the 2023 GQ Men of the Year Honorees.

The Wrexham star has been nominated for his indelible efforts to support a Wrexham-based autism charity. The cause is quite close to Mullin’s heart, as he actively supports autism awareness driven by his son Albi’s diagnosis. Hence, GQ magazine didn’t let his efforts slide and will honor him. Notably, the 26th edition of the GQ Men of the Year gala is scheduled for November 15, set in an opulent location in the heart of London. Be that as it may, it is indeed a great achievement for Mullin.
