Inter Miami just won their last game against Charlotte FC with a 4-0 scoreline. Lionel Messi hit the final nail in the coffin by scoring his team’s fourth goal. While they’re onto the semifinal, something interesting happened right after the game. Ever since the World Cup winner arrived in the US, he’s won the ‘Player of the Match’ award in every Leagues Cup game. But not anymore!

This time, Messi’s $975k rich teammate who also scored a goal in the last game lifted the award. It was none other than Robert Taylor. The winger has been one of the players who has seemingly benefitted from the Argentine soccer legend’s arrival the most. Along with Messi, he cannot stop scoring too! In fact, they’re both in red-hot form. Despite scoring a goal each, Taylor lifted the ‘POTM’ award this time.

From the looks of it, Beckham‘s club dominated possession for most of the game against the $625 million rich club. It was a better performance compared to the one against Dallas. The Miami-based club was defensively sound and much more stable during this time. With the arrival of Sergio Busquets and Jordi, their team will likely improve in all three aspects of the game i.e., attack, midfield, and defense.

A few days ago, a source revealed that he does it for his children as they have a fascination for those Marvel superheroes.
