Liverpool fans were left in a state of mourning after tragic news hit the club this Saturday. Days after his sensational debut for the Reds, twenty-year-old defender Conor Bradley‘s happiness has come crashing down. Bradley’s father, Joe Bradley, passed away earlier this morning. The player has already left for his home and will unlikely to be a part of the team against Arsenal this Sunday. Fans were quick to react to the news as they took to social media to offer their condolences to Bradley and his family.
The Irishman burst onto the scene on his second outing against Chelsea earlier this week. The young Liverpool star made history on his debut as he became the first Irish soccer player to find the back of the net for the Reds in the last 70 years. Bradley had a tremendous impact on the game, bagging one goal and two assists, helping his team run riot over Chelsea.

The Tyrone-born Liverpool full-back did not get even a week to enjoy his dream start for the Reds, as his father tragically passed days after his son’s memorable debut at Anfield. Liverpool supporters took to social media to offer their support to the player during this rough phase.
