Terry Venables embarked on his managerial career in 1976 with Crystal Palace and later joined Barcelona in 1984, Venables led the Blaugrana to their first European Cup final appearance in 25 years during the 1986 season. In addition, he guided them to victory in the La Liga in 1985.
After three successful years, he took up the mantle at Tottenham, triumphantly leading them to an FA Cup win in 1991. In 1994, Venables assumed the role of coach for England and impressively guided them to the semifinals of Euro 1996.
