Shakira has been having a public feud with her ex-boyfriend, Gerard Pique. The last couple of months has not been the easiest for the Colombian singer. She shocked her fanbase after announcing her breakup with Gerard Pique back in 2022. Recently, Shakira’s personal fitness trainer revealed her intense workout routine. This particular routine has helped the Colombian singer stay physically and mentally fit through these tough times.

Since the breakup, the celebrity duo does not live together anymore. However, Shakira took up the responsibility of taking care of the kids after her split with Pique.
Shakira’s insane workout routine!
Anna Kaiser has been Shakira’s personal fitness trainer for over a decade. She met Kaiser for the first time when she was shooting for the ‘She Wolf’ music video back in 2009. Anna Kaiser recently did an interview with Shape where she spoke about Shakira’s entire fitness routine that has been helping her push through the last few difficult months.

Kaiser told Shape that she keeps Shakira motivated “by bringing incredibly positive energy”. She also revealed that she shares “anatomical” and “physical” workout tricks that further help the Colombian singer stay motivated. Kaiser also mentioned that music is a major part of Shakira’s workout routine.

Kaiser said, “I always try to bring fresh beats to keep it fun, interesting, and unexpected”. However, she prefers to mix it up by sometimes turning off the music. She continued, “Sometimes when she is recording, she prefers to work out in a quiet room to get a music break”.
Shakira starts her core workout with 20 slow reps of the side cincher. Followed by a standing march with a weighted crunch for about a minute. The Colombian star then moves on to a cocktail of lateral teasers, twisted crunches, seated overhead c-curves, and a 3-count crunch with a Pilates ball, respectively. Kaiser summed up the core workout explanation by calling it, “a challenge to every muscle in your core”.
Shakira keeps breaking through unwanted barriers!
In these last few months, Shakira has been a living example to every young woman out there who handles a family alone. The Colombian singer has received love from all around the globe mainly for her determination to get over her bitter past and actively look toward new pastures. Soon after her breakup, Shakira was accused of tax fraud in Spain. While that time has passed, the Colombian singer previously called that the “darkest” moment of her life.

However, Shakira has never publicly seemed bogged down by anything that has happened in her recent past. The Latin American star has always put on a cheerful and bright face while giving interviews and talking to the media. Shakira’s new single with Argentine DJ, Bizarrap has already crossed 190 Million views in less than two weeks from its release.
