It seems to be a minor earthquake in the hearts of European soccer fans. The recent updates do not seem to go well with popular soccer-playing nations. Huge investments from Saudi have entered the soccer world, triggering other regions to reconsider their stratagem. Al Nassr had started the trend and further continued by other clubs. Al Hilal, one of the most successful clubs in Saudi has signed Neymar Jr. Now, apart from sporting jubilation, entities are trying to take monetary advantage of this goldmine.

Recently, big clubs from Saudi and Qatar have started buying players with great reputations from around the world. The country’s government is also trying to support and encourage the growth of sports in the country. It has gone all out to provide liberty of investment to the clubs by taking a step in privatizing them.

Al Hilal expected to do the unthinkable

According to a recent report, the total net amount spent by Saudi clubs in the last transfer window nearly touched $1 billion, $957 million approximately. One of the biggest clubs in terms of revenue is also Al Hilal. After recently grabbing Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain, the desert giants look to make big in the revenue world. Meanwhile, after the club’s recent tie-up with Jahez company, the firm came out and expressed huge expectation from the deal. Hamad Al-Bakr, CEO of the Jahez group, came out to say that the partnership should yield 10 times of profit with the deal of Neymar.

“Based on the strength of the success of our sponsorship with Al-Hilal Club, I expect that we are the only company that renews the sponsorship contract a year before it expires! Last year, before the sponsorship ended, we renewed with Al Hilal for the next (3) years. Every Riyal we paid to Al Hilal will be returned to us 10,” said Al-Bakr.

The CEO also said that they always trust the club and renew the deal a year before it expires. With the overwhelming signing of the Brazilian forward, the expectation has now reached the top roof. Jahez International company is a prominent food and grocery delivery platform in Saudi Arabia and partnered with Al-Hilal for online services.

Neymar’s debut and the club’s further authority stamped

Neymar was brought to Saudi on a staggering deal of $418 million. The Brazilian record scorer debuted for the club after one and a half months of joining. After receiving a roaring response from the crowd, Neymar walked off, gesturing a heart symbol. The club thrashed the opponents 6-1 to stay at the top of the table.

The Public Investment Fund has planned to own 75% of the club, allowing the sport in the country to get a huge boost. There are no rules pertaining to limiting the finances in the Asian region.
