One of the most desired soccer players in the world right now, Kylian Mbappe could reportedly move to Real Madrid. The most successful team in Europe already boasts a redoubtable side dominating the La Liga. Adding Mbappe to it is expected to create a riot not just in La Liga but also in European soccer. However, Los Blancos are advised to take lessons from PSG who could not win the UEFA Champions League.
Kylian Mbappe despite working magic at PSG would not make Real Madrid invincible in Spain felt Spanish soccer star, Iago Aspas. In an interview with AS, Aspas said, “On paper, it is very easy to say that Real Madrid is going to sweep away Mbappé, but that has to be translated on the pitch. Also, PSG was going to be the bomb with Messi and Neymar, but they didn’t win the Champions League either year.” Despite acquiring players like Lionel Messi apart from having Neymar, PSG was knocked in just the round of 16 of the European Championships twice in the previous two seasons.
Contrarily, Aspas felt that the whole of La Liga would benefit later after his arrival. He further stated, “It would be good for La Liga because the better players that come, the more impact and economic revenue will be generated. After that, the pie would have to be shared out a little better so that the other teams could get a little closer to Real Madrid,” citing the broader impact of the player.
