During the interview, he shed light on Ronaldo’s exceptional physical condition and his remarkable dedication to the sport. Despite being 38 years old, the Portuguese player continues to radiate brilliance and has left a lasting impression on his fellow countryman in Saudi Arabia.

Luís Castro did not hold back in praising Ronaldo’s discipline and dedication. He remarked, “He’s a captain because of what he does every second of his day. Food, rest, hours of sleep, he’s in total control of his body. On the pitch, he’s that player. He can push himself to his limits.”

In the interview, Luís Castro emphasized Ronaldo’s meticulous care for his body and how he serves as a role model for fellow athletes, even as he approaches the twilight of his career. Castro expressed his admiration by saying,“It’s hard to say anything about him that the world doesn’t know. He’s very focused on his day-to-day soccer. He transmits a contagious energy to the game and to his teammates. The day-to-day training and recovery is fantastic.”
