The future of Real Madrid looks very bright. Its new star, Jude Bellingham, has taken the world of soccer by surprise, scoring with ease every time he comes onto the pitch. After receiving praise from his manager, Carlo Ancelotti, the star also received praise from prominent pundits. However, a former Premier League legend predicts he will break Cristiano Ronaldo’s feat but adds two strings to it.

Real Madrid reconstructed their midfield by bringing in the English star. His performances at Dortmund have been exemplary, which made it a no-brainer for Real Madrid. The player has always been ahead in the race against time, achieving everything at a very young age. And now, Sol Campbell has his say!

It looks like all the ultimate achievements come down to trophies. After the goal-scoring exploits, experts feel Jude Bellingham will be recognized as the best very soon. Former Arsenal legend Sol Campbell said that Bellingham can win the Ballon d’Or in two years, provided he keeps scoring regularly for Madrid and the English national team and ensures those teams win titles. If he wins, the 20YO will be quicker than Cristiano Ronaldo to win the Ballon d’Or at Real Madrid. It took Ronaldo four years (2013) to win after arriving at the Los Blancos in 2009.

In a recent interview, Cambell said, “If he keeps it up, he can win it in two years. He’s going to get that chance if he continues to score goals, shines at Real Madrid, and if he also does it for England at the next European Championship, which I hope. It’s also important for Madrid and England to win things.”

After Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo moved away from Europe, soccer fans predicted Jude Bellingham, Erling Haaland, and Kylian Mbappe as the best players. Campbell predicts Bellingham’s Ballon d’Or in two years, provided he keeps scoring continuously.

Bellingham scored 24 goals in 138 appearances for Borussia Dortmund, but for Real Madrid, he has been a beast, scoring 13 in just 14 appearances. However, the competition for the star is no less intense, as Erling Haaland scored 52 goals last season and is already at the top of the charts.

Bellingham also has to win titles for his team, according to Campbell

Contribution to just goals won’t suffice for the Kopa trophy winner, says the Golden Premier League winner. The center-back also says that his team should be winning titles for him to win the Ballon d’Or. One can assume that the task would not be challenging with Real Madrid, as they pluck trophies out of everything. However, winning with the Three Lions is an enormous task.

The English team has not won a major international trophy since the 1966 World Cup, thanks to Sir Bobby Charlton. The team reached the Euro finals last year but lost out on penalties. According to Campbell, Bellingham’s performance in the coming Euro will add weight. If he wins the trophy, he may have a lot of chances, felt the defender. Do you think he can continue his hot streak?
