“Play Two or Three More Years” – Ex-Real Madrid President Questions Cristiano Ronaldo’s $200 Million Move to Saudi Arabian Team Al Nassr

Former Real Madrid Chief’s word for Cristiano Ronaldo

Initially, it was reported that Ronaldo waited for any substantial offer from European clubs. No club attempted to present an offer to the Portuguese star. In a recent talk with KickOff, former Chief of Real Madrid Ramon Calderon talked about how he felt about Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Europe.

He said, “I would have liked him to play two or three more years in the top leagues. I think he’s still fit, in good shape. He’s been a player that has taken care of himself very well for all of his career. But I suppose he thought that this is a good option, so I wish him the best, as to all the players that have been playing with us.”

Thierry Marchand, former head of foreign football at France Football, has recently revealed that the star soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo was briefly in talks with French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).  Marchand revealed that in the biography he did on Ronaldo named ‘Cristiano’. This biography came after a series of nine interviews with the Portuguese star. He revealed that Ronaldo was considering joining the club back in 2019 when he was playing for Juventus.
