Cristiano Ronaldo has never left any stone unturned in praising the Roshn Saudi League. Be it disparaging the MLS and asserting that the Saudi league is ‘more competitive’ than Ligue 1, the Portuguese star has fervently backed the Middle Eastern contest. However, exit rumors about Neymar and Karim Benzema have cast a shadow over the RSL’s future. Yet Paulo Dybala has come in support of CR7, claiming that he is ‘impressed‘ by the league’s sudden growth.
In an interview with the Arab newspaper Al Arabi Al Jadeed and as compiled by Calcio Mercato, Dybala said, “The growth of the Arab League in the last two years has been incredible, both in terms of players and clubs, but also in terms of the quality of the game. I watched several matches on TV and I was impressed both by the level of play and from the passion of the fans, with the stadiums always full.” The Roma forward acknowledged that all of his Argentine teammates who play in the Saudi Pro League always speak highly of it.
