Really think he can have 2 top years left in him in the MLS. He fits the mold of the classic older MLS DP #9 https://t.co/dcVYMYYzNR

However, there are certain fans who don’t want to get excited as there are no links from media other than the US and England. One fan will become a season ticket holder of Los Angeles FC if the club completes the move.
Honestly, Twellman's tweet and some British media that have picked up this tweet are the only places where I'm seeing any connection to Giroud and the MLS. Zero in the French media about it. Zero! #MLS https://t.co/1BcFsIDDCm

If Olivier Giroud, one of my absolute fave players, came to @LAFC, I would buy season tickets and go to every game. (Tbf I went to a lot of games last season, but not *every* game.) https://t.co/EfhF8t6A2I pic.twitter.com/GUNt6PeObp

Let’s look at how other fans have reacted.
@stlCITYsc, please make it happen. He will feel at home. St. Louis is French anyways. Lol #wishlist

Would be nice if he plays somewhere other than DC, LA or NY.

AC Milan signed the striker from Chelsea on a permanent deal in July 2021. It was a two-year contract, and the player is in his last six months, meaning he can negotiate with other clubs too. He was immense in his first season scoring 11 goals in Serie A, and helping Milan become the champions after 11 years.
Milan currently is second in the table, eight points behind the Serie A leader, Napoli. They would hope to have a great second half of the season to overturn the deficit. Giroud, with his goal-scoring exploits, will be one of the important players for them. The club will want the FIFA World Cup winner to focus on the remaining campaign amidst all these transfer links.
