It’s safe to say that Angel City FC has had a far-from-ideal start to the campaign. Amidst all the talk regarding their ownership squabble, the $180 million worth-franchise couldn’t get going in the season opener against Bay FC as they succumbed to a 1-0 defeat at home. Now, they have 2 games before the international break to earn their first winning points. And a visit to INTER&Co Stadium to face Orlando Pride awaits them next.
Likewise, Orlando Pride too couldn’t secure a victory in their first game, as they had to settle for a 2-2 draw against Racing Louisville. However, that was a match in which they were down to 10 and still dominated possession! Orlando Pride’s Head Coach, Seb Hines would be expecting a much more clinical and decisive display against Angel City FC. For starters, let’s first look at the latest team news.
