A piece of good news for soccer fans in Hawaii is underway. A new Aloha Stadium is in the process of development. The old Aloha Stadium was built in 1975 in Halawa, Hawaii. And has hosted many football games and concerts.
Due to safety concerns, it was determined that the venue posed an unacceptable degree of risk to spectators. Consequently, it had been closed ever since. The construction of a new Aloha Stadium is underway, and it’s not only great for football fans but also for soccer fans.

35000 seater stadium under construction
The project is a grand one as along with the stadium, it will be surrounded by entertainment districts and private residences. Josh Green, the governor of Hawaii has given a bold statement that the project will cost “under $500 million”.

The project was previously estimated to cost $440 million. Now several decisions have been made regarding the seating capacity as it has been decreased from 50,000 in the old stadium to 35,000. The new venue has been designed with youth and community use in mind. As well as creating a space for soccer fans to watch the ever-growing United States soccer scene.
This will be a welcoming location for anyone who wants to enjoy their favorite sport. The construction of the stadium is reported to be finished for the 2026 season. This is certainly a great chance for football and soccer fans in Hawaii.
A piece of good news for US soccer fans
Massive news has recently come from EA Sports for all the US soccer fans. The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) is soon to make an appearance in EA’s latest edition, FIFA 23, the biggest soccer game in the world.

Just in time for the start of the NWSL season. This is a huge step for soccer in America and is sure to grow the sport’s popularity even more.
