Holly Fowler leads Notts County women’s team. The team earned a promotion to the FA Women’s National League, a fourth division. Their male counterparts were also in contention for the promotion. And Notts County played Chesterfield on Saturday at Wembley for the League Two promotion. However, the game clashed with one of the massive events in the life of Fowler.
The wedding ceremony and the final were at the same time. Fowler was desperate to keep up with the updates of the game. Then, entered her father, who gave her a Bluetooth earpiece to listen to the commentary at Wembley. County captain was happy about the gift and listened to the narration of the promotion playoff final while fulfilling the role of a bride.

She took to Twitter to update the same. Fowler wrote, “Don’t know where dad got this ear piece from, but he pulled it out his suit pocket after the church for me, and it matched my hair so was discrete as could be. Kept touching my ear to hear the commentary better and felt like a spy undercover.”
Fowler did the unthinkable. It shows her love for the team and soccer. And the men’s team didn’t disappoint her, as they went past Chesterfield in a scintillating final. The rivalry between Wrexham and Notts County will continue.
