In a friendly against the Faroe Islands, Erling Haaland was seen down on the ground battling an injury issue. After concerns regarding the seriousness of the blow, Stale Solbakken came and cleared the air, saying he was getting better with a recovery session.

Solbakken said, “I haven’t spoken to @ErlingHaaland, but I saw he was walking fine in the hallway. There is a recovery session, and then he’ll probably be looked after by Ola and physios throughout the day. Right now, it looks like it’s going well”. The 22-year-old definitely seems to have been struggling with his fitness lately.

Currently, the doctor who is treating Erling Haaland has claimed that the lethal striker twisted his ankle. Ola Sand, the national team doctor, also revealed that the Norwegian looked a bit vulnerable with his ankle.

The coach did specify that he did not speak to Erling Haaland, but the good news is that he looks to be doing well. The Cityzens will hope for a fully fit Haaland to return as the club has a few important matches lined up.
