However, the retired soccer legend was in a different mood. He was continuously taunting and mocking Adri Contreras, another President of the Kings League. The soccer legend was mercilessly poking fun at Contreras. Everyone around the room wasn’t really paying attention to the taunts, but Ibai Llanos had heard enough.

Pique’s best friend decided to confront him in front of everyone, including the fans who had tuned in. Llanos assertively said, “No, Gerard, enough of disrespecting Adri Contreras. If you disrespect Adri Contreras more, I’m not going to play on Sunday. One more disrespect and I don’t show up. I get the defeat or the referee”. But Llanos’ words did not deter Pique. The Spaniard continued to laugh and poke fun.

A few weeks ago, Gerard Pique shockingly got into a heated argument with a few Presidents of the Kings League. This was in context of an argument that took place during a game. One referee made a major blunder during the game. After noticing, Pique ordered the referees to replay those few bonus minutes. However, the replay heavily affected the final score of the game.

This caused an outburst of anger after the game. Pique ended up leaving his own league’s WhatsApp group in anger. The fans are still wondering if the broken bridges between the Presidents after that fight are rebuilt or not. But, however controversial the league might be, the soccer veteran recently surprised the fans after he unveiled the comeback of an iconic soccer legend to the sport. The Brazilian veteran had agreed to play a game in the famous Kings League.
