Before this, he made headlines for gifting NLF legend Tom Brady a painting of his entire career, with a Mount Rushmore painting with Brady, Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, and Lionel Messi. It also featured some of the best moments of his career. Thus, it comes as surprising news for Patrick, who could not wait to meet his new neighbor.

The arrival of Messi has caused excitement for Inter Miami fans and took to a whole new level for the Bay Colony neighborhood. One of those fans is Patrick, who tweeted in excitement about his friendly new neighbor. He tweeted on X, “It’s officially public. Let the madness begin.” They value the property at $10.75 million, a waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale. The house is just 16 minutes away from the Inter Miami stadium. While the previous property owners spent $9,000,000, there was a 20% increase in acquiring the property after Messi’s purchase. 

At first, Messi and his family stayed in the city center in a luxurious apartment at the Porsche Design Tower building. He has uncomplicated access to the stadium where he plays with Inter Miami, and the house boasts incredible facilities. The Bay Colony development is one of the posh places in Miami, with millionaires staying left, right, and center. They built this particular house in 1988 and later renovated it in 2000. For the Argentinean, this mansion is the perfect place to settle down.

Samuel and Donna Simpkin at Compass Florida assisted Messi in finding the property. The mansion stands on a 0.5-acre plot of land, which showcases a primary bedroom of 1,600 square feet. They estimated the property taxes to be around $83,400, which is staggering. The amenities inside the house make up for the grand lifestyle.

It has nine rooms, two VIPs, nine bathrooms, and a garage for three vehicles. Besides, the mansion has a gym, a pool facing the sea, a spa, 24-hour security, two docks for the boats, and other world-class facilities. In addition, Tiger Woods and Scottie Pippen are two prominent figures on the neighbors’ list. Therefore, the property is situated in the prime location of Miami. 

Meanwhile, Tom Brady’s ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, bought a home for around $9 million, 25 miles from Messi’s new home. The property boasts a full-sized soccer pitch. Hence, Messi resides in a new home as his Inter Miami career goes to greater heights!
