Neymar finally made his debut for Al Hilal in the match against Al Riyadh. The Brazil soccer star bagged an assist coming off the bench in the 64th minute to mark his start to the Saudi Pro League. Meanwhile, Neymar’s Portuguese teammate was recently misrecognized by an Al Nassr fan as a player of his club. The fan mistook him for the $30 million worth player Al Nassr signed in this transfer window.

According to the fan, the resemblance was uncanny between Neymar’s teammate and Cristiano Ronaldo’s teammate’s default picture. Interestingly, the Portuguese star saw the fan’s remarks and was quick to adhere to his demand.

In what turned out to be a hilarious situation, a fan replied to Ruben Neves, a former Wolves player, to have a similar profile picture to that of a FIFA nominated ‘Best Player’ in the world in 2023. The reply caught the attention of Neves who was quick to resolve the fan’s doubt.

Ruben Neves recently posted on X tagging his Portuguese teammate, Joao Felix, who is on loan at Barcelona. A fan replied to his tweet, as he said, “Please bro change your profile or we will (have) named you Brozovice (High five emoji).” Marcelo Brozovic, Cristiano Ronaldo’s teammate and Al Nassr’s no.77, was the player the fan confused Neves with.

Soon after, Ruben Neves changed his profile picture. He must have seen the request of the Al Nassr supporter, which could be a coincidence. Al Hilal signed Ruben Neves from Wolverhampton Wanderers, making him the first prolific signing of the summer transfer window in the SPL.
