LeBron James is one of the biggest and most influential NBA athletes, so it’s no surprise that any news concerning him draws a lot of attention. He managed to turn that into an advantage by taking to Twitter in May 2022 to host a Q&A session. People had an opportunity to ask the star athlete anything and he would answer the fan-submitted questions.

Among the hundreds of questions, World Champion soccer star Alex Morgan stepped up to ask a question that was not hers – it was her daughter Charlie’s. Alex Morgan’s two-year-old daughter, Charlie Elena Carrasco, quite possibly had the most unique question directed at James.

The question was in regard to James’ role in the 2021 movie “Space Jam: A New Legacy”. The movie where he joined forces with the beloved Looney Toons characters. The now two-year-old wondered whether LeBron and the Looney Tunes characters had truly become friends.

Organized and encouraging, Morgan tweeted: “Daughter wants to know… you really hang out with Bugs Bunny?” Sadly, however, Alex Morgan’s daughter’s question went unanswered by James. James answered other questions but never acknowledged the funny and innocent question from the toddler.

It’s understandable- as funny as it was, with the large number of questions he had to answer, this might have slipped away. Nevertheless, the internet had had its fair share of laughter to compensate for the lack of an answer. While this was a wholesome encounter, it’s not the first time Morgan had a message for the NBA star.

On February 7, LeBron James made history when he achieved the all-time NBA scoring mark. This record had previously been held by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for 39 years, so it’s no surprise that this incredible accomplishment was met with global praise. Alex Morgan, who is well known for her admiration of James, applauded the feat on Twitter.

Morgan tweeted her congratulations after the news broke: “You cannot deny this greatness. Congrats KingJames”. It is definitely gratifying to see two of the most preeminent athletes in their respective sports recognizing each other’s success and accomplishments.
