Ronaldo owns a chain of hotels across the Middle East and has made sure that the doors of his hotel are open for all. The Portuguese offered relief at the Hotel Pestana CR7 for the victims of the earthquake. The 174-room hotel has been turned into a site for distress relief to provide shelter to refugees at the border of Marrakesh.

The old town area of Marrakesh has been hit hard by the earthquake. Town squares across the city have been converted into relief camps to provide the victims with immediate relief.
