“Moth*rf**ker Got One Name” – Snoop Dogg Joined Mike Tyson in Comparing ‘Bada*s’ Soccer Legend Pele With Muhammad Ali in 2019

Brazilian soccer legend Pele is in hospital fighting his battle against chronic disease. The three-time World Cup winner with Brazil is full of admirers worldwide. He was a point of discussion on the Hotboxin podcast hosted by legendary boxer Mike Tyson with Snoop Dogg as the guest back in 2019.

The duo was full of praise for the legend and the magic he used to work on the field in his playing days. The International Olympic Committee named Pele the Athlete of the Century in 1999. 

Mike Tyson and Snoop Dogg think Pele is the best

The duo had a great conversation on the podcast and drew comparisons between Pele and boxing great Muhammad Ali.

Snoop Dogg: “I love football and soccer. I’ve met Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Drogba, Wayne Rooney, and David Beckham.

Mike Tyson: “I’ve met Wayne Rooney. I’ve met David, Pele, and Maradona.

Mike Tyson: That’s distinguished, that’s a badass. 

Snoop Dogg: There’s Ali, Pele. He up there will Ali, man. That’s Pele, man, knock it off. 

Mike Tyson: Cool, confident, badass. 

Snoop Dogg: Mo****er got one name, you know, that is sh*t, Pele. 

Mike Tyson: Pele’s name’s known all over the world.

Snoop Dogg is a huge Pele fan, and the same goes for another boxing legend and podcast host, Mike Tyson. They feel he was a team player and used to involve his teammates in the game. And it was this quality that made the duo admire him along with his skills, speed, and heroics on the pitch.

Who doesn’t love Pele? The player’s soccer vision, skillful movements, enormous goals scored, and so on, everything was special. However, the legend is in hospital currently and fighting against a chronic disease since last year. 

The Brazilian soccer legend is fighting against colon cancer

Doctors diagnosed Pele with colon cancer last year in September. He is undergoing chemotherapy since then. However, on 29th November this year, due to some complications in chemotherapy and respiratory infection, he was again admitted to the hospital.

The Sao Paulo hospital administration earlier this week released a statement saying the cancer is progressing. Despite being in the hospital, the soccer legend followed the recently concluded hospital from the hospital. He was happy to see Lionel Messi lifting the trophy after the scintillating final.

Recently, his daughter shared an adorable picture of the duo from the hospital room to update the status of his health. Messages wishing for Pele’s recovery are flying from worldwide, including the soccer stars like Kylian Mbappe and Cristiano Ronaldo.
