The 46-year-old Portuguese singer jokingly admitted that the kind of performances CR7 is able to push at the age of 38 seems a bit unreal. In a tribute post to Cristiano Ronaldo, on Instagram, she said, “At 38, he’s the world’s top scorer in 2023, ahead of players in their 20s… The truth is that Cristiano, at most, is 28 (his mother registered him wrongly). It’s not possible for a 38-year-old athlete to play the way he’s playing. And he’s always chasing the game. His ability is incredible.”

Aveiro further added, “Gratitude, Ronaldo. Thank you, brother. For, once again, changing the standard that, when you pass 33 or 34 [years old], you’re old for soccer. They don’t know anything about your history, your origins or what you’re made of. They just think they do. You’re incredibly special. You’re predestined. I’m proud of your story. And what an honor to be part of it. Just gratitude, really, and pride that doesn’t fit in my chest. Surreal.”

Be it 38 or 28, CR7’s skills are out of this world. He has always defied the odds and come out to be the winner, more than his age, his attitude of not giving up makes him incredibly special. Cristiano Ronaldo produced some iconic moments as he faced Al Duhail in the AFC Champions League. His sister Katia was in awe as she shared her feelings with her fans.
