After putting the entire Saudi Arabian league in a frenzy in February with his signature goal-scoring touch, Cristiano Ronaldo again seems to have hit a bit of a slump. In the last 5 matches, Al-Nassr has only won one. In the same stretch of matches, Ronaldo has scored only a solitary goal.
This catastrophic drop has led to fans questioning his place on the team. Not only fans but multiple soccer pundits have also talked about how Ronaldo’s goalscoring drought. Not only the drought, but the lack of output also seems to be having an impact on the Portuguese’ behavior.
It is nothing new to see Ronaldo a bit frustrated during the rough phases of his career. A player that has been winning matches for his team single-handedly and had ruled the soccer world for years, seems to be losing his touch as he ages. This downfall is very apparent from the recent behavioral changes of the Al-Nassr striker.

Cristiano Ronaldo in an altercation
The tale is from the recent Al-Nassr Match. Amid a very close title race where Al-Nassr needed a win, Cristiano Ronaldo failed to make any impact for the team. In a 1-1 draw, the team dropped crucial points which saw them now trailing by 5 points.

Frustrated by the performance, Ronaldo was caught off-guard by the staff of Al-Khaleej. One staff member approached him to take a selfie, which Ronaldo denied while pushing away the staff member. Amid all the knockouts and all the points the team is dropping, Ronaldo seems to be losing his cool as the fierce competitor he is.
However, this isn’t a single isolated case. Similar situations happened after the 0-1 loss at Al-Wehda and a 2-0 loss against Al-Hilal. Not only that, it actually started in the Premier League when before the world cup, Ronaldo landed in hot waters due to his behavior towards a fan.
Ronaldo faced a fine and suspension
Back in April last year, Ronaldo was having a rough start to what would become a pretty rough season. On 9th April Manchester United faced Everton FC. Ronaldo would be fined $63,000 and suspended for two matches for knocking out a phone from a fan’s hand as he tried to take a photo with the star striker.
