Now his opinion has been mirrored by a former United star who had the same things to say about his former club.

United has failed to deliver across all competitions this season. The team is yet to open their account in the Champions League, while they continue to languish in the middle half of the points table in the Premier League. The Red Devils will have to make a massive turnaround in things as they look to reverse their fortunes.

Charlie Savage criticizes Manchester United’s facilities

Former Manchester United player Charlie Savage went all in on his former club during a recent interview. The son of Robbie Savage graduated from United’s academy in 2021 but left the club and moved over to Reading this season. The twenty-year-old, similar to Cristiano Ronaldo, bashed the club, claiming the club’s training facilities were the same as his new club.

“Reading’s training ground- I heard it was good, but I didn’t realize it was this good. Honestly, I’d say it’s on par with United at the minute.”

Savage’s comments will surely not go down well with Manchester United fans. However, the club has been targeted in the past by their former players, who believe the club needs to change with time. United are evidently struggling this season and will be desperate to turn things around.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s former side is eager to turn things around
