Neymar Jr. had a rough outing for Brazil last night. The Brazilian icon seemed to struggle against Venezuela, ending in a 1-1 draw. The Al Hilal star made some good moves during the game, but he failed to capitalize on some crucial opportunities. While the Brazilian fans applauded their star despite a poor showing, a section of Venezuelan fans displayed an ugly indication of sheer disrespect towards the opposition’s star player.
This was Neymar’s first outing for the national team following the birth of his daughter, Mavie. Fans hoped that the player would have additional motivation to perform on this outing, but the Al Hilal star looked a tad out of touch.
