Manchester United and the Ten Hag project is well underway! The Red Devils recently parted ways with veteran keeper David de Gea and added three new important signings to the squad. Although Marcus Rashford is in scintillating form after the World Cup and has been playing a vital role, his consistency still remains under question. On the Red Devils’ recent signings, Gary Neville addressed the club to pursue the England star striker, Harry Kane.

The Class of ’92 graduate reveals that with the addition of Kane, the Mancunian club will be one step closer to surpassing rival clubs, specifically Manchester City and Arsenal. He also mentions that he isn’t confident whether the signing of 20-year-old  Rasmus Hojlund from Atlanta can fill the void.

Interestingly, United icon, Gary Neville, has advised the Red Devils to not miss this splendid opportunity. He also mentions that he isn’t confident about Erik Ten Hag’s recent signings and expressed some concern about squad management. The former right-back also reveals that he isn’t too hopeful regarding United’s upcoming campaign. He believes that new goalkeeper Andre Onana and $82 million worth Rasmus Hojlund, are prospect signings and are still far behind in stepping up into these crucial positions.

Neville adds, “I hope they’re [Manchester United] being clever, and [Harry] Kane’s being clever, and they’re waiting to get a deal whereby they agree a deal with [Bayern] Munich, he says “no I’m not going, and I want to go to United.” He further also explains why he’s feeling nervous about the Red Devil’s upcoming campaign.

“The reason I’m nervous about United’s season is, you’ve got two unknowns at either end of the pitch in two focal positions that really have to hit it off for them to be better than last season,” he also adds.
