1. Bernardo Silva
The Portuguese midfielder was struck with an ankle knock in the match against Copenhagen in the UEFA Champions League round of 16. Earlier, Guardiola said, “Bernardo took a big knock on the ankle. Hopefully, it is not a big issue, but we will see.” But reports suggest that the midfielder is back. But understanding Pep’s apprehensions, it will be fascinating to witness if he plays him against the London monsters.

2. Jack Grealish
The English international made a comeback against Copenhagen but was withdrawn, just 21 minutes after suffering a groin injury. It is the player’s second trauma this season after his earlier setback with a hamstring injury in September. Apart from that, Grealish has been a regular starter for Manchester City, playing 26 games this season. Anyway, the current player’s condition is under evaluation and is expected to undergo a few more tests. Until then, the return date is uncertain.
3. Mateo Kovacic
The former Chelsea player has been away for a week due to undisclosed reasons. According to reports, the player is available for selection the team. Pep earlier stated that he is under observation, and the chances of him making a return were 50%. The Manchester City manager revealed that the call would be taken after the training sessions. “Thursday or Friday, he will train with us, and we will see how he feels,” stated Guardiola.

4. Josko Gvardiol
The Croatian defender was transferred to England after a remarkable season with RB Leipzig. Amid decent performances this season, the Croatian suffered a surprising injury to the ankle ligament. Gvardiol was on the bench against Everton and was not in the squad for the Champions League clash against Copenhagen. Manchester City’s boss expects him to stay away for at least 2–3 weeks.
