Premier League giant Manchester City have identified a fourteen-year-old Philadelphia Union star as a key prospect, with the team emerging as the front-runners to acquire the youngster’s signatures. European giants PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Borussia Dortmund, amongst others, are keen on striking a deal with the fourteen-year-old American wonder kid.

The Cityzens have identified Philadelphia’s U15 star Cavan Sullivan as their next big target, with the team keen on adding the player to their youth system. According to a tweet from Philipp Kessler, the club is leading the race to sign the fourteen-year-old wonder kid.

Kessler, in his tweet, stated, “Manchester City are frontrunners in a race with Europe’s elite to sign American prospect Cavan Sullivan. The attacking midfielder is not eligible to confirm a move to Europe until he turns 16. The possibility is discussed to then spend two seasons at a club within the City Football Group, most likely at Lommel SK in Belgium.”

He added, “Top clubs like Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund or Paris Saint-Germain were also after Sullivan. It is said that the agency Wasserman has already informed interested clubs that they are out of the race.”

The fourteen-year-old has already made 23 appearances for the side.
