The club is named Las Tablas and is located in the northern region of Madrid, the capital of Spain. Located in the same city since 2012, there were many good reasons to enter the sport apart from Ronaldo’s presence. Spain is the country known to have the greatest number of paddle players in the world, with approximately 3 and a half million, and also has more than 20,000 courts. Argentina is the next country with the greatest number of players, with nearly 2 million.

Moreover, there are many soccer personalities who follow the sport, including Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp. The club that Modric invested in has 12 paddle courts. Ten of them are covered in grass and have a roof. The rest of them are uncovered. It also has two artificial tennis courts and a clay court. Ronaldo also invested in a company that will construct paddle courts in Portugal, in the Jamor area, municipality of Oeiras making him a major investor in the sport. The Portuguese star will now head into an important 2024.
