The long wait for soccer fans around the world seems to be finally over. Paris Saint-Germain’s ace of spades, Kylian Mbappe’s future, has left fans in curiosity. Even though he has announced plans to leave PSG after the season, his next club was the big question. Many are sure it’s 14-time European Champions Real Madrid, but a lack of clear communication with the outside world left people debating. However, it looks like the dust has been critically settled by PSG’s coach, Luis Enrique, much to the relief of the soccer masses.

The Spanish manager recently spoke to reporters and may have given a clear hint about Real Madrid. According to journalist Andrés Onrubia Ramos, he said, “He has not yet said where he is going, but I think it is clear. I wish him the best, I understand his decision. PSG will continue to be great,” looking certain about Los Blancos.

Despite repeated attempts from Madrid, it was Kylian Mbappe and PSG who kept delaying the move since 2021. Even this year, Mbappe said that it was only at the end of the season that fans will know where he lands. Nevertheless, yesterday, Mbappe made it clear that he would leave Paris, saying, “I wanted to announce to you all that it’s my last year at Paris Saint-Germain. I will not extend and the adventure will come to an end in a few weeks,”  “I will play my last game at the Parc des Princes on Sunday,” but did not confirm it was Real Madrid.

Meanwhile, reports suggested that Carlo Ancelotti’s crew may announce after the season ends in order not to get distracted from the Champions League final. The French superstar will reportedly not have the same gigantic offer as earlier but is ready to win bigger trophies in Spain, leaving PSG as their best ever.

Kylian Mbappe will play his last game at Parc des Princes on Sunday against Toulouse before playing two away games against Nice and Metz. Being their top scorer with 255 goals, the World Cup Golden Boot winner will leave as a legend, having won five league titles and multiple other feats. However, the former Barcelona coach is already moving on. He stated that “Regardless of those who are here or who are absent,” PSG will aim to bet better.

On the other side, despite having Mbappe for many years, the club hasn’t managed to win a single UEFA Champions League title. Coming close this year, Mbappe turned blank in the semifinal, resulting in the exit of the French Champions. Enrique now feels that the club needs players with a strong mentality and those who ‘identify with the club’ giving a glimpse of what he’s about to bring. But with Mbappe reaching Santiago Bernabeu, will Real Madrid be the most dominant team in Europe? Let us know in the comments
