Fans labeled her racist and told her to immediately delete the post and apologize. The post got deleted by the Little Mix singer after the backlash.

It was not the first time that a celebrity stirred controversy over American Headdress. Another British singer, songwriter, and singer, Harry Styles, also found himself in the same controversy. He posed with the American headdress and was called out by the fans for cultural appropriation. Although he deleted the post, it’s reported that he never apologized.

It was again in 2017 Perrie Edwards found herself in the middle of a controversy over her Instagram post. The post was a photo where she was cupping the breast of a religious statue. Fans said that Edwards deleted their comments on the post.

Perrie Edwards is engaged to Liverpool star

Perrie Edwards first dated fellow British singer Zayn Malik in 2012. They first met during the reality show The X Factor UK. After a relationship of just over a year, the pair got engaged in August 2013. Their engagement lasted two years, and they broke up in August 2015.

In 2016, Edwards crossed paths with then-Arsenal and current Liverpool soccer star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Both started dating in November 2016 before making it official next year in February. Their relationship is strongly going to date.
