And while the Argentinian knows the significance, he is back and kicking in the United States.

The Inter Miami captain has suffered a few injuries lately. The star reaching the latter stage of his career will definitely like to focus on his fitness to help the team this year. Hence, the preparation for the season looks to have begun for the World Cup winner.

The Inter Miami star seemed to have had a pretty decent break during Christmas and New Year. Looking revitalized, the star is ready to undergo medical tests today, according to reports. The 36-year-old was spotted in his car near the headquarters of the club and could be starting off with a few formalities for the season.

The medical proves to be an important part before the start of training, as the club is expected to go on a large international tour in the coming weeks. Leo’s fitness will be of prime significance for the club, and they will do anything to keep him fit and ready this season.

The Inter Miami winger missed important games last season, with the club losing out on the MLS playoffs. Despite being 14th when Messi arrived, the team had a considerable amount of chance if they won the majority of games. But they hope this year such a situation will not arise again by maintaining consistency.
