“Let Everything Rot!”- Days After Shakira Left Barcelona, Sergio Aguero Expressed Interest in Seeing Shakira Play in Gerard Pique’s Kings League

Shakira and Gerard Pique appear to have entered a new phase of their life. Things have been heated between the couple ever since they broke up in June of last year. On the 2nd of April, after months of planning, Shakira packed up and left Barcelona in order to move to Miami with her children.

She is living her new life with her children at her current home in Miami. She appears to have left behind the drama and issues with her ex-partner, former soccer star Gerard Pique, and his family. However, it looks like she is still at the center of attention as soccer great Sergio Aguero expressed his interest to see Shakira play in Gerard Pique’s Kings League.

Ex-Barcelona player Gerard Pique started this innovative new venture in November, all geared up for a one-of-a-kind soccer league and named it ‘Kings League’. Ever since it has been a massive success garnering a lot of attention and applause. It looks like Aguero, who is also a team member of Kunisports, a team in the Kings League, wants Pique’s former flame to join the team.

Sergio Aguero wants to see Shakira in Kings League

The world-renowned Argentine forward believes Shakira can be the 12th member of the team. During a live stream, he was quite excited about the idea of having her on the team. “The 12th can be Shakira too, we would have to try to contact her. She is in Miami; I’d have to see. I don’t know how she plays the ball, but we should try it,” he said.

The Argentine then went on to bring the obvious fact to light. “Imagine Shakira playing for Kunisports and that the president is Gerard Piqué; I mean, man, this is the host (a Spanish slang utilized as an exclamation of shock or consternation). As they would say in Spain: let everything rot!” he added.

While many might find the chance of Shakira playing soccer in the Kings League impossible, it looks like Aguero firmly believe it’s possible. “Obviously, it can happen, why can’t it happen?” Aguero said. “For example, Gemita, this girl is a content creator; she was the ex of TheGrefg, and he is the president of a team and they are there. It’s okay, do you understand me?”
