Serena Williams‘ husband Alexis Ohanian has been making sure that a part of his entrepreneurial success helps in the growth of women’s sports in the US. Founding owner and current board member of the NWSL‘s Angel City FC, Ohanian has also recently invested in the women’s track event Athlos. Apparently, the 41-year-old tech giant recently shared some wisdom on how one should go about supporting the growth of women’s sports and women’s leagues.

Alexis Ohanian took to X and posted his answer to a user who asked him how to get involved in women’s sports, in the ‘Ask Alexis’ series. “You want to be a part of this movement? Show up, bring a friend, and have a great time. Post about it on social media,” said Ohanian. Though not an ACFC owner anymore, the Reddit founder badly wants every other Angel City game to pull mammoth crowds.

“See a match at BMO. See Angel City play in front of a sold-out 22,000-capacity crowd and you will leave there a changed person,” Alexis Ohanian added. He continued, “Sounds like hype, but I mean it. Do it.”
