The USMNT striker has two siblings, brother Holden and sister Maren. Holden is three years younger than Duncan and has Down Syndrome and the challenges he faced leading a regular life have created a strong bond between him and the USMNT star. Claiming him to be his best friend, the 23-year-old said, “He always has a smile on his face which teaches me you can’t be mad about the little thing,” citing that he also makes him a better person. Holden is reportedly a Lionel Messi fan and gets in touch with his older brother almost daily on FaceTime.
