According to the report from revered journalist Favian Renkel, the families of the Uruguayan players were escorted out of the stadium through a separate exit to ensure their safety. This was also done as the altercation had blocked the typical entry and exit points of the Bank of America Stadium. Also, no serious injuries were sustained by any of the player’s family members.
