Hopes might still be alive for the fans to see Kylian Mbappe in Real Madrid. The persistence of Los Blancos like never before seems to be paying off, despite going down considerably in their first $188 million offer in 2021. Even though PSG is offering him a staggering amount, the Frenchman has reportedly confirmed his long-standing interest in signing with Carlo Ancelotti and Co. Being in the final six months of his contract, the lethal striker is free to negotiate with teams.
It will be interesting to see how PSG reacts. After the 25-year-old declined to extend his contract in the last window, the club was ready to show their disappointment by leaving him out of the pre-season. Now, the talisman seems to be still adamant about leaving the club.

He said, “At some point, I’ll have to leave my club. I’m not afraid of these changes. I’m just thinking about continuing my career and going my own way.” The aforementioned report also suggested that the Parisians, along with Real Madrid, have also decided to respect his method of communication. Meanwhile, Florentino Perez and his army don’t seem to be too ecstatic.
Additionally, with the financial crunch due to the renovation of Santiago Bernabeu, the Spanish giants have a depleted budget. They’re willing to offer him $38 million per year, which is nearly half of what Kylian Mbappe is expecting (approx. $76 million). Notably, PSG’s latest reported offer of $109 million per year doesn’t seem to be enticing or luring the renowned goalscorer!
