Chelsea keeping tabs on USMNT starlet
Musah is yet another American wunderkind who plays for La Liga giants Valencia. The 20-year-old came through the ranks of Arsenal and later joined the Spanish side in 2019. After impressing at the academy, the midfielder was promoted to the main team in 2020.
Since then, he has made 85 appearances and has five goals and three assists. The youngster has made 23 appearances at the international level and was also a part of this year’s FIFA World Cup squad. He made his USMNT debut at the age of 17.

With Musah making a good impression, clubs around the world are desperate to sign the talented midfielder. Arsenal and Chelsea are being termed his biggest suitors, while an interest from Seria A giants Inter also remains.
“Onto other possible targets, a summer move is very possible for Yunus Musah.” said transfer guru Fabrizio Romano. “Inter, Chelsea, and Arsenal are following him closely, but then it’s still January so let’s see if some other clubs will join the race in the next months. His price was around €40m in December but let’s see in the summer, too early to say now.” he added.
Yunus doesn’t have a lack of suitors but for now, the youngster remains a Los Che. He is a creative midfielder who has made 13 appearances and made two goal contributions so far.

There is absolutely no doubt about Yunus’ potential to become one of the best. The player is currently enjoying first team football with Valencia. The only thing he can do is to choose a club where he’ll get maximum playing time. For now, interested parties will have to tussle to acquire his services.
