It’s hard to hear this but Cristiano Ronaldo is 39. A stark reality awaits fans, who won’t get to hear the iconic name as only a few years are left for the Portuguese superstar to grace the soccer pitch. But luckily, Ronaldo has relief in the prospect of his legacy living on through his five children. In fact, CR7’s beloved girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, has offered a glimpse into this hopeful future, insisting that nothing would make the couple ‘happier‘ than seeing their children tread the footsteps of their father.

The Spanish-Argentine influencer recently sat down for an interview with Adnan Al-Kateb for a Saudi Arabian magazine, Hia. During the conversation, Al-Kateb asked Rodriguez if she would support any of her kids becoming a soccer player like her boyfriend, a career she had never been a fan of before her love story with Cristiano. Interestingly, she replied, “Cristiano and I will be happier, of course, and our children will be lucky to have a father who supports and helps them.”

The 30-year-old model then revealed how their two boys, Cristiano Junior, and Matteo, are already showing signs of becoming potential soccer stars. In fact, Junior and Matteo have great qualities and qualifications that enable them to become professional footballers, if they want,” said Rodriguez. Beyond social, familial, and moral norms, it appears that the star couple would go the extra mile to give their children all the support possible and help them pursue their dreams.

Either way, it’s good to hear that the boys try to emulate their superstar father from such a start. Ronaldo can train them properly after he officially bids farewell to the beautiful. Perhaps this explains why Rodriguez wants his boyfriend to retire early from soccer.

Does Georgina Rodriguez want Cristiano Ronaldo to retire early from soccer?

During the recent Paris Fashion Week, Georgina Rodriguez made a statement that sparked speculation about her partner’s potential retirement within the next two years. This hint led renowned ESPN journalist Julien Laurens to suggest that Rodriguez may desire Ronaldo to retire. “She will have him all the time 24/7,” said Laurens. Even though stepped in to suggest that Ronaldo would continue training even after retiring from professional football, Laurens insisted that CR7 would likely ‘train at the house.’

Furthermore, Laurens speculated that Rodriguez wants Ronaldo to put his family above soccer, particularly as his career is coming to an end. Despite the fact that Ronaldo recently celebrated turning 39, some contend that his steady goal-scoring ability implies he might play well into his later years. Rodriguez, on the other hand, might have a different viewpoint and favor Ronaldo’s early retirement. Let’s see if Cristiano Ronaldo will retire early to fulfill the potential of his children.
