“I’ve Heard That”- Gerard Pique’s Legal Representative Sheds Light on Shakira’s Possible Legal Actions To Avoid Clara Chia Marti’s Interference With Children

Gerard Pique and Shakira have gone from a once-happy couple to facing a bitter heartbreak. The infidelity from Pique, custody battles, diss tracks following the much-talked-about split, and ensuing saga have made headlines in recent months.

After a mutual agreement, Shakira was granted custody of her two sons and relocated to Miami. Recent news had it that Shakira may be taking legal measures to ensure that Pique’s girlfriend Clara Chia Marti doesn’t interfere with the children anymore. This has led to much intrigue. Finally, it seems, we may have some insight into the legal actions Shakira is taking.

Is Shakira taking legal action against Clara Chia Marti?

While both Shakira and Pique stayed silent about the issue, insights have finally been provided by the former’s lawyer, Ramón Tamborero. Gerard Pique’s attorney recently spelled out the details when he appeared on Spanish media. He denied all the reports of any legal action being taken against Clara Chia Marti, stating that it was false.

Tamborero firmly denied, “I can flatly deny that. It’s false, I’ve heard that too, but it’s not true”. On top of that, Tamborero also said he had no idea about the nature of the communication between Pique and his ex-partner Shakira when it comes to the custody of their children.

“I don’t know, I have no idea. That is not my role,” Pique’s legal representative shared. However, while Shakira could not be taking any legal actions, a lawsuit from Pique can very well be on the way.

Gerard Pique could file a lawsuit

Shakira’s latest single, ‘Acrostico,’ has caused a lot of friction between her and Gerard Pique. Pique appears to be taking legal action against Shakira for her decision to feature their children in her latest music video. Spanish journalist Jordi Martin claims that because Pique had not been consulted on this matter, he is reportedly angry.

According to Martin, “Of course, (he) is fuming, and on Tuesday (May 16) he met with his lawyers to take action on the matter”. Following this, Gerard Pique addressed the drama with a two-word response. There is a high possibility that he will indeed pursue litigation against Shakira.
